Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

Civil site supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of

3 years of hands-on experience

in civil engineering projects. Candidates with either a

Diploma

or

B.E.

degree in Civil Engineering are welcome to apply. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise civil works at project sites ensuring quality and adherence to design. Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments. Monitor and manage project progress, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all project stages. Assist in material procurement and resource planning. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with the project team. Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering Degree Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects. Good technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction practices. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage. Strong leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
