Job Description

Position Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Department: Construction

Reporting To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.

? Ensure work is done as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

? Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors for smooth workflow.

? Monitor labor attendance, material usage, and progress of work.

? Maintain daily site reports and communicate updates to the management.

? Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays.

? Ensure timely completion of tasks as per the project schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

? Diploma or Bachelor in Civil Engineering.

? Minimum 2-5 years of experience in site supervision.

? Good understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and materials.

? Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
