Job Description

Position Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Department: Construction

Reporting To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.


Ensure work is done as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.


Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors for smooth workflow.


Monitor labor attendance, material usage, and progress of work.


Maintain daily site reports and communicate updates to the management.


Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays.


Ensure timely completion of tasks as per the project schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor in Civil Engineering.


Minimum 2-5 years of experience in site supervision.


Good understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and materials.


Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.


Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
