Job Overview

We are hiring a

Civil Supervisor

for interior and finishing works at project sites in

Durgapur

. The candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising finishing activities and coordinating workers to ensure quality execution and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute

finishing works

at site Monitor and coordinate works related to: Tiles and granite installation Painting and polishing works False ceiling installation (Gypsum / POP) Light and electrical fixture installation Aluminium doors and windows installation Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and vendors on site Check material quality and proper usage at site Report daily work progress to the project manager Ensure site safety and discipline

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in

interior finishing works

Good practical knowledge of tiles, granite, paint, false ceiling, lighting, and aluminium works Ability to manage labour and site activities independently Understanding of basic drawings and measurements Local site experience in or around Durgapur preferred

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / practical site experience (qualification not a constraint for the right candidate)

Working Hours

As per site requirements
