Job Description

The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of civil construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Manage a team of laborers and subcontractors, providing direction and guidance.

2. Project Planning and Execution

- Collaborate with project managers to develop effective project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

- Review project plans and specifications to ensure understanding and compliance among all personnel on-site.

3. Quality Assurance

- Monitor construction quality and ensure that work complies with engineering standards and safety regulations.

- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work completed on-site.

4. Safety Management

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety meetings and training for all site personnel.

- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment.

5. Communication and Reporting

- Serve as a liaison between the site team, project manager, and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor hours, materials used, and site conditions.

6. Problem Solving

- Address on-site issues and challenges promptly, developing solutions to prevent project delays.

- Escalate significant issues to the project manager as needed.

7. Documentation and Compliance

- Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and contractual obligations.

- Assist in preparing and managing project documentation, including progress reports, incident reports, and other regulatory paperwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,462.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month
