We are hiring a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at various project sites in and around Raipur. The candidate must be locally based and comfortable with regular site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per plans and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and project engineers
Monitor project progress and report daily updates
Ensure material management and quality checks at the site
Resolve on-site issues promptly
Visit multiple sites in Raipur and nearby areas as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil site supervision
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
Strong understanding of site execution, materials, and safety norms
Must be Raipur local
Willingness to travel to sites within Raipur region
