is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a construction site or project location. Their primary role is to ensure that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision:

Oversee day-to-day site operations. Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries. Ensure adherence to construction plans, schedules, and specifications.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure the site meets legal and organizational safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Quality Control:

Monitor workmanship and quality of materials used. Identify and rectify issues on-site to prevent defects and delays.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain daily site records, including work progress, incidents, and inspections. Report progress to the Project Manager and provide input during meetings.

Resource Management:

Manage equipment and material inventory. Ensure efficient use of labour and materials on-site.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with engineers, architects, and clients as needed. Communicate any site-related issues or updates to relevant parties.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience:

2-5 years in a supervisory role in construction or engineering projects.

Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Proficient in reading construction drawings and plans Familiar with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)

Working Conditions:

Full-time, primarily on-site. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and construction hazards. May involve extended hours or weekends based on project demands.
