Job Description

On-Site Management:

Supervise all on-site construction activities and manage construction site personnel, including laborers and subcontractors.

Safety and Quality Control:

Ensure the safety of all personnel and materials, implement safety regulations, and perform quality control checks on the work being done.

Project Oversight:

Monitor project timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and oversee the execution of work as per approved plans and specifications.

Resource Management:

Manage and allocate site resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress, material consumption, and attendance, and produce project status reports.

Coordination:

Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and material suppliers to ensure smooth project flow and seamless execution.

Issue Resolution:

Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction to maintain project progress and adherence to quality standards.

Pay: ₹8,424.13 - ₹20,000.00 per month
