Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
: Monitor daily construction activities and ensure that site operations adhere to project specifications and safety standards.
Quality Control
: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality of construction work.
Coordination with Stakeholders
: Facilitate effective communication between contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Progress Reporting
: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers, highlighting potential risks and proposing solutions.
Resource Management
: Manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring materials and labor are utilized efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Software Proficiency
: MS-Office
Key Requirements
Experience
: 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision within the real estate or residential sector.
Education
: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. with specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of latest construction technologies and methods
