Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Reports to: Senior Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage and control construction costs on our projects. You'll prepare and verify bills of quantities, manage tendering processes, and provide cost advice to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quantity Take-Offs: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from design drawings and specifications.

2. BOQ Preparation: Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) for tendering and contract purposes.

3. Cost Management: Manage and control construction costs, including tracking and reporting on expenditure.

4.Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including BOQs, tender documents, and contract records.

5. Provide daily work quantity in reports, man power reports, JMR, DMR, NMR reports to QS Billing Team

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

2. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in quantity surveying in construction.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction costs, contract administration, and quantity surveying principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?32,652.24 - ?44,627.90 per month
