Site Location will be Thane

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Assist in day-to-day supervision of construction activities at site. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor labour, materials, and equipment usage to maintain efficiency. Support senior engineers in planning and scheduling daily work.

2. Quality Control

Check quality of materials (cement, steel, aggregates, concrete, etc.) as per standards. Conduct and record field tests such as slump test, cube test, etc. Ensure workmanship meets design and quality requirements. Report defects or deviations immediately to the site in-charge.

3. Measurement & Documentation

Maintain daily site reports, measurement sheets, and progress records. Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS) and quantity estimations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Level (Degree, Certifications):

- B.E CIVIL

Required Skills and Expertise:

Technical Skills

Site Execution:

Understanding of construction processes (concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, finishing, etc.).

Reading Drawings:

Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.

Quantity Estimation:

Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs and material estimation.

Bar Bending Schedule (BBS):

Familiarity with reinforcement detailing and preparation of BBS.

Surveying & Levelling:

Knowledge of total station, auto level, and basic surveying techniques.

Quality Control:

Understanding of material testing (slump test, cube test, etc.) and IS codes.

AutoCAD:

Proficiency in preparing and editing 2D drawings.

MS Office / Excel:

For documentation, reporting, and quantity calculations.

Years of Relevant Experience:

- 2 years +

4. Coordination

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments (plumbing, electrical, etc.) for smooth execution. Communicate site issues, progress, and requirements to senior engineers and project managers. Participate in site meetings and follow up on action points.

5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote safe work practices at site. Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately. Support in implementation of quality, safety, and environmental policies.

6. Drawing & Planning Support

Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and construction details. Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation. Help in revising plans or drawings as per site conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
