JOB DISCRIPTION: -
Supervise on-site construction work and ensure it is completed as per approved drawings.
Monitor site progress and report daily activities and updates.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and timely execution.
Interpret structural and architectural drawings on-site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and material requirement plans.
REQUIRED SKILL/ QUALIFICATION: -
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B. Tech), Interior Designar, Architect
2. 1-5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects (for junior roles)
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and MS Office
4. Knowledge of site execution, quality control, and quantity surveying
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Good communication and teamwork abilities
