Job Role & Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings Plan work schedules and monitor project progress Ensure quality control and conduct site inspections Manage materials, machinery, and manpower at site Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation Resolve on-site technical issues and execution challenges

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Site management and coordination skills Basic knowledge of surveying and estimation Familiarity with safety standards and quality procedures Communication and problem-solving skills

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

Common Work Areas

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
