Requirements:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(Mandatory)*
Minimum 5-6+ years of site execution experience
Previous experience in Hotel / Resort / Commercial projects is required
Strong knowledge of material planning, contractor supervision, and site management
Ability to handle project timelines, quality checks, and documentation
Willing to travel and work across
multiple project sites in West Bengal
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise daily site work
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project management team
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely execution
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
