Site Management:

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Team Leadership:

Manage and coordinate a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and site engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Quality Control:

Monitor construction processes and ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce safety protocols on site, conducting regular safety meetings and training for all personnel.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.

Progress Monitoring:

Track project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on status, challenges, and milestones achieved.

Material Management:

Oversee the procurement and inventory of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities, ensuring timely availability.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process, escalating to management when necessary.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including labor, materials used, and any incidents or delays

Education:

Diploma (Required)
Experience:

Quality Control: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 4 years (Required) Industrial Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
