Universal Builders & Developers is seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential building construction and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Honesty and Integrity are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Management Team / Project Manager / Project Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Technical Support:

To follow Company's process and methodology and support to the construction team, resolving any issues that arise on-site.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material usage, and labour attendance.

?

Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Safety Management:

Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?17,500.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
