2 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction site execution
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at the site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers
Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability at site
Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports
Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines
Report progress, issues, and requirements to senior engineers/project managers
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with construction standards
Skills & Requirements:
Good knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Basic knowledge of billing, measurements, and quantity estimation
Strong coordination and communication skills
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Willingness to work full-time at the construction site
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction projects
Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and safety procedures
