Site Engineer

Mohali

Key Responsibilities
:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on site, specifically for
high-rise residential tower
projects.
Ensure proper execution of
Mivan shuttering
techniques, ensuring quality and precision.
Coordinate with the project team, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain adherence to
safety standards
,
quality control
, and
project timelines
.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the accuracy of Mivan shuttering and formwork.
Manage material planning and site resource allocation.
Provide regular updates on project progress to the
Project Manager
and handle any issues that may arise on-site.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
or equivalent.
Minimum of
3-5 years of experience
in site engineering for
high-rise residential projects
.
Proven expertise in
Mivan shuttering techniques
and experience in structural formwork systems.
Strong understanding of construction safety standards and local regulations.
Ability to manage large teams of workers and coordinate with multiple contractors.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
MS Project
, and other construction software tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
