Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications & quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Monitor material usage, workmanship, and safety norms
Ensure timely completion of work within budget
Coordinate with senior engineers and project managers
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2-3 years of experience in building construction (mandatory)
Good knowledge of construction methods & materials
Ability to handle site independently
Good communication & coordination skills
