Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Civil Site Engineer

with hands-on experience in construction site supervision and basic IT proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors/vendors, and utilizing digital tools/software for reporting and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Manage workforce, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project deadlines. Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and documentation. Conduct site inspections and quality checks for civil works (concrete, steel, finishing, etc.). Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants for smooth execution. Handle site measurements, BOQs, and verification of contractor bills. Use MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools for reporting and coordination. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines at the site. Support in troubleshooting technical/site-related issues promptly.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2-5 years of site supervision and project execution experience. Good knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety norms. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic IT tools for reporting & documentation. Strong communication and team coordination skills. Ability to handle site challenges independently with problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling residential/commercial/industrial projects. Exposure to project management software (MS Project/Primavera) will be an added advantage. Basic IT/networking knowledge for onsite coordination/reporting systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
