Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Execute and monitor
PWD, commercial, and government project works
as per approved drawings and specifications.
Handle
storm water drainage, road construction, and related civil infrastructure works.
Ensure work progress meets project schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, and consultants for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption statements, and site documentation.
Verify site measurements and assist in preparing bills and estimates.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently at the site.
Skills & Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of
storm water, road work, and infrastructure construction.
Experience in
PWD or government civil projects
is mandatory.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred.
Willingness to work at project sites and handle multiple activities.
