Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating with contractors and clients, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities, ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards

- Technical Advice: Provide technical support to construction teams, resolving engineering-related problems on site

- Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, architects, and project managers, communicating project updates and issues

- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met, identifying and addressing potential quality issues

- Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling project costs, ensuring expenses are within the approved budget

- Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed, conducting safety inspections and promoting a safe work environment

- Material and Equipment Management: Oversee the usage and storage of materials and construction equipment, coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, quality reports, and material usage

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction or civil engineering role

- Skills:

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, structural designs, and construction processes

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site

- Project Management Skills: Experience with project management tools and construction scheduling software

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to manage and lead construction teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
