Job summary

The Civil Site Engineer will oversee and manage on-site construction activities for data center projects. This role involves ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

: Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities related to civil construction to ensure adherence to design and project specifications.

Quality Control

: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction materials and processes meet the required standards and specifications.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to align construction procedures with project objectives.

Safety Management

: Enforce safety protocols on site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Progress Reporting

: Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

Software Proficiency

: Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the real estate or data center sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
