Job summary

Seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects in the Industrial, Road, Highways, and Oil & Gas sectors. The position requires site-based work and involves managing project execution, quality control, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management

: Coordinate and oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient and timely project execution while adhering to design specifications and safety standards.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet industry standards and client specifications.

Resource Allocation

: Manage and allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Compliance Monitoring

: Ensure all site activities comply with legal regulations and industry standards, maintaining safety and environmental protocols.

Progress Reporting

: Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-4 years of experience in civil site engineering within relevant industries.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant degree.

Software Proficiency

: Proficiency in industry-standard software tools for project management and design.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Industrial, Road, Highways, or Oil & Gas projects Strong leadership and communication skills
