Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong billing experience and site measurement capabilities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, capable of preparing BOQs from drawings, and submitting bills with proper documentation and checklists.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct accurate site measurements for billing and verification purposes

Prepare and submit bills with detailed checklists for client approval

Extract BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from architectural and structural drawings

Use AutoCAD to interpret and validate drawings for quantity take-offs

Codinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure timely billing

Maintain records of measurements, billing status, and project progress

Assist in cost estimation, variation analysis, and payment certification

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and site measurement

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel

Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQ preparation

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience in residential/commercial construction projects

Familiarity with RA bills and client billing formats

Knowledge of contract terms and project documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
