Job Description

Site Preparation & Surveying

Conduct site surveys and assess ground conditions for installation feasibility

Verify site layout and ensure proper alignment for the parking system

Check soil conditions and coordinate necessary foundation work

Civil Construction & Execution

Supervise excavation, concrete foundation work, and other civil-related construction activities

Ensure structural integrity and load-bearing capacity of the foundation to support parking machines.

Coordinate with structural engineers and architects for design approvals

Coordinate with structural engineers and architects for design approvals

Coordination & Project Management

Work closely with electrical and mechanical teams for seamless installation.

Manage contractors and laborers for timely execution of civil works

Prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and report project updates

Ensure compliance with building codes and local authority regulations.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Inspect civil work for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Implement safety measures for workers and prevent site hazards

Maintain documentation of work performed, including daily progress reports

Testing & Handover

Conduct load testing and foundation strength analysis.

Support the final installation phase by ensuring structural readiness

Assist in the final inspection, handover, and documentation for project closure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
