Job summary

Seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to oversee and execute site-based construction projects in the Real Estate sector, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution

Supervise daily construction activities (roads, drainage, electrification, water supply, etc.)

Ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications

Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors

2. Quality Control (QC)

Inspect materials used (cement, aggregates, steel, etc.)

Conduct field/lab tests (e.g., soil compaction, cube test)

Maintain quality checklists and documentation

Ensure compliance with IS codes and safety regulations

3. Billing & Documentation

Prepare measurement sheets (MB - Measurement Book)

Verify and certify contractor bills (possibly referring to "Suryare bills", clarify if it's a vendor name or type of bill)

Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Reports) and project records

Support in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material reconciliation

4. Coordination

Liaise with the design team and project manager

Attend site meetings, resolve technical queries

Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders

Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly in site-based roles within the real estate sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field such as B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Site supervision

AutoCAD / Civil 3D (for layout interpretation)

MS Excel (for billing, BOQ, reporting)

Knowledge of quality standards (IS codes)

Communication and team coordination

Tools & Software

AutoCAD

MS Excel / Google Sheets

ERP software (for billing and QC logs, if applicable)

Total Station (for layout marking)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale real estate projects Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
