Core Responsibilities:

Project oversight:

Manage and supervise construction activities from start to finish to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Technical guidance:

Review project plans, drawings, and blueprints to provide technical guidance to the construction team.

Quality control:

Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets the required standards.

Resource management:

Oversee and manage the efficient use of project resources, materials, and budget.

Safety compliance:

Enforce safety regulations and ensure the site adheres to all health, safety, and legal requirements.

Coordination and communication:

Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate activities and resolve any on-site issues or delays.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and other necessary documentation.

Key skills and qualifications

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices. AUTOCAD 2D,3D working experience is preferable. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues that arise on-site. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
