Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily interior site activities, ensuring execution as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare BOQ, material requirements, and ensure timely procurement.
Monitor project progress, quality checks, and maintain documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance regulations at the site.
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and provide regular project updates.
Manage work schedules, timelines, and resolve site-related issues effectively.
Ability to interpret civil & interior drawings (structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing).
Required Skills & Qualifications
B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum
2-4 years of field experience
in interior execution or fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of finishing work (POP, False Ceiling, Flooring, Paint, Carpentry alignment, Plumbing, Electrical coordination, etc.).
Ability to handle manpower and multiple site tasks independently.
Good communication & project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD & project documentation.
