Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our pond construction team. The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of ponds, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Site Preparation and Inspection:Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine feasibility and suitability for pond construction.
Prepare detailed project plans, including site layout, drainage systems, and construction methods. Construction Oversight:Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to maintain project timelines and standards. Material and Equipment Management:Manage the procurement, delivery, and inventory of construction materials and equipment.
Ensure that all materials and equipment meet quality standards and are used efficiently. Safety and Compliance:Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing pond construction. Team Collaboration:Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and coordination of activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team. Problem-Solving:Identify and address any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, quality control documentation, and any changes or deviations from the original plan. Qualifications:
