Job Description

1. Plan, set up and implement execution of entire commercial/residential projects leading a team of junior engineers
2. Responsible for end to end construction site management.
3. To prepare the schedule for sequence of work, plan the execution with contractors and implement its timely execution on site.
4. Planning, scheduling and executing of all construction activity as per the drawings provided.
5. Track projects progress and facilitating time bound information to the management.
6.To ensure technical supervision i.e. reinforcement, shuttering and concreting of civil work
7.To assist in maintaining quality of all civil work i.e. concreting masonry, plastering, flooring, warter proofing.
8. Planning, co ordination and timely work execution with MEP contractors ensuring quality work
9. Checking of all RCC work as per the drawings provided..
10. Verification of work completed by all agencies with measurement and bill certification
11. Working on interior work with experience co ordinating activities between various agencies like electrical, plumbing, painting, pop, civil, flooring, carpenter etc. and ensuring highest quality of work and timely completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
