Job Summary

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and management to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve on-site issues. Conduct quality checks for materials, workmanship, and construction processes. Verify measurements and assist in preparing BOQs, RA bills, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Manage resources including manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently. Assist in layout work, surveying, and interpretation of structural, architectural, and services drawings. Conduct inspections and testing as required by the QA/QC plan. Maintain proper records, site logs, and documentation for audits and project tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in site execution (infrastructure projects preferred).

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus. Understanding of quality and safety protocols.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and coordination abilities. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Team player with strong leadership skills.
