Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and practical experience in construction management.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including earthwork, foundation, structural, and finishing works. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant building codes and regulations. Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure workmanship meets established standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations from plans. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and design-related challenges. Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams and contractors as needed. Manage material procurement, inventory, and usage to optimize resource efficiency.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2+ Years of Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer or similar role in construction or real estate development. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software applications. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
