Core responsibilities

Project management:

Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure they align with project plans, specifications, and timelines. This includes managing the project budget and resources efficiently.

Technical oversight:

Review project plans and technical drawings, conduct site inspections, and provide technical advice to resolve any on-site issues.

Quality and safety:

Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and that all work is completed in compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Coordination and communication:

Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals. This also includes preparing and submitting progress reports.

Resource and logistics management:

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, and may involve negotiating with vendors and suppliers.

Staff supervision:

Supervise and mentor on-site staff and contracted workers to ensure tasks are executed correctly.
Key skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Familiarity with construction and safety regulations Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication and coordination skills
