Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined Civil team to lead site operations and structural execution. This role focuses on delivering high-quality structural work and interior fit-outs while adhering to Taisei's global standards of precision and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution: Lead and supervise all on-site structural works, including RCC, steel structures, and masonry, ensuring that construction aligns strictly with approved IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and Japanese quality standards. Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, including labor management, equipment allocation, and material reconciliation to maintain high productivity and minimize wastage. Technical Supervision: Monitor critical stages of execution such as formwork inspection, reinforcement checking, and concrete pouring to ensure structural integrity and architectural precision. Schedule & Progress: Develop and monitor weekly/monthly look-ahead schedules, ensuring that project milestones are met without compromising on safety or quality. Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols on-site, maintaining a "Zero Accident" environment in line with Taisei's global safety mandates. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between the design team, MEP coordinators, and subcontractors to resolve on-site technical clashes and ensure a seamless fit-out integration.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
