Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Ensure work as per drawings, specifications, quality & safety standards
Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, and vendors
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
Enforce health & safety norms at site
Maintain site records and submit daily progress reports
Ensure compliance with local regulations and permits
Resolve site-level technical and execution issues
