to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, quality control, coordination, and reporting to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of works.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage contractors and site activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision
Oversee day-to-day civil works as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Ensure correct execution of Steel, RCC, masonry, carpentry, waterproofing, finishing, landscaping, and other related works.
Supervise contractors, workers, and vendors to ensure timely progress.
2. Planning & Scheduling
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans as per project schedule.
Monitor work progress and report delays, constraints, and resource requirements.
3. Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure workmanship meets required quality standards.
Conduct material inspection, testing, and documentation (cement, steel, aggregates, timber, etc.).
Implement quality checks during execution as per IS codes and project specifications.
4. Measurement & Documentation
Prepare daily site reports, DPRs, checklists, and progress documentation.
Take joint measurements, prepare measurement sheets, and assist in billing.
Maintain records of material received, consumed, and balance stock.
5. Coordination
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
Resolve technical issues on-site with proper approvals.
Liaison with client representatives and site authorities when required.
6. Safety & Site Management
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain site discipline and housekeeping.
Prevent wastage and ensure optimal use of manpower and materials.
7. Drawings & Technical Skills
Read, interpret, and execute drawings (structural, architectural, services, finishing).
Raise RFIs for discrepancies and maintain revision records.
Prepare sketches, measurements, and site-based technical details when needed.
Required Qualifications
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum
4-10 years
of site experience (freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply).
Experience in building construction / infrastructure / boardwalk / landscape / RCC works preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices.
Ability to read drawings and execute work independently.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.
