As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
: Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Project Coordination
: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality Control
: Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to ensure construction work meets design specifications and standards.
Progress Monitoring
: Track project progress and prepare regular reports on project status, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
Problem Solving
: Identify and resolve any challenges or issues on the site promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Safety Management
: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all site personnel.
Software Proficiency
: AutoCAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements
Experience
: Less than 1 year of experience in civil engineering within the relevant industry sectors.
Education
: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Communication Skills
: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills
: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
