Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.

2. Ensure accurate setting out and levelling of works as per approved drawings.

3. Execute and supervise all civil, structural, and finishing works with a focus on Mivan shuttering.

4. Maintain strict adherence to IS codes and QCS standards throughout project execution.

5. Conduct quality checks, ensure compliance with safety norms, and implement corrective measures.

6. Plan daily/weekly work schedules, allocate resources, and manage labor teams effectively.

7. Maintain site documentation including DPRs, photographs, material consumption, and inspection records.

8. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and structural engineers to resolve technical/site issues.

9. Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and finishes during all stages of construction.

10.Attend client and internal review meetings, present site updates, and implement action points.

11.Inspect and verify finishing quality of work such as plastering, tiling, painting, and external facade.

12.Monitor material usage and prevent wastage through timely planning and procurement coordination.

13.Oversee installation of MEP works and coordinate closely with service contractors.

14.Ensure completion of work within defined timelines and project budget.

15.Provide technical guidance and supervision to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

16.Track project milestones and raise alerts in case of potential delays or risks.

17.Uphold construction safety, hygiene, and site discipline at all times.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University preferred

Experience:

4 to 8 years in real estate or residential/commercial construction projects

Hands-on expertise in

Mivan shuttering

and structural execution

In-depth knowledge of construction codes, technical drawings, and specifications

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project tracking tools preferred

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and take ownership of site execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
