We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage site activities for commercial and residential high-rise building projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in RCC structures, site supervision, and project execution as per approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute daily site activities.
Supervise RCC structure works for commercial and residential high-rise buildings.
Conduct due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites.
Prepare work schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion.
Oversee and guide junior engineers, site supervisors, construction managers, technicians, and contractors.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Inspect completed works and ensure alignment with project specifications and drawings.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of RCC structure work and construction processes.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
Ability to manage manpower and resources efficiently.
