JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ESTIMATION & BILLING ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders. Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections to assess quality and compliance with design specifications. Supervise and manage site labour and subcontractors, ensuring effective utilization of resources. Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation, including daily progress reports and material usage records. Assist in the preparation of project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines. Identify potential issues or delays and propose solutions to keep the project on track. Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals. Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure that all site personnel adhere to safety protocols. Handle site queries and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Assist in cost control and budget management by tracking material usage and labor costs.
