Site Supervision

: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project progress aligns with schedule and quality standards.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and local building codes.

Resource Management

: Coordinate with contractors and suppliers, manage material and labor resources, and ensure timely availability at the site.

Safety Compliance

: Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

Reporting and Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of project progress, site conditions, and material usage, and prepare detailed reports for management.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Excel

Key Requirements

Experience

: Less than 1 year to 2 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in site-based roles.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, B.Tech/B.E., or a relevant degree.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools for project management and engineering calculations.

Communication Skills

: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the industrial, real estate, and residential sectors. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
