Project Supervision

: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Site Inspection

: Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are met in all phases of the project.

Safety Management

: Enforce safety protocols on-site, conducting safety audits and ensuring all personnel adhere to safety regulations.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to facilitate seamless project progress and resolve any on-site issues.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: Exactly 5 years of experience in civil engineering within the construction industry, with a focus on site management and project execution.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with construction project management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
