Job Role: Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

: Lead and manage all on-site activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of construction projects.

Quality Assurance

: Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of construction are maintained.

Safety Management

: Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Material Management

: Monitor and manage the supply and usage of construction materials to prevent shortages and delays.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering roles within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools Strong communication and leadership skills
