M1 Construction Company is seeking an experienced and proactive

Civil Site Supervisor

to oversee the day-to-day construction activities at our residential flat projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution of civil works, adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and smooth coordination between the site team, contractors, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the residential flat site. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow. Inspect materials, workmanship, and quality of civil works, ensuring compliance with company standards. Monitor and control project progress, highlighting any delays or issues to the Project Manager. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate daily site reports, records of work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment. Assist in resolving technical issues and coordinate with design/engineering teams for clarification. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, machinery, and materials at the site. Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor, preferably in residential flat projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Familiarity with project management software and MS Office. Sound understanding of safety standards and regulations. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site challenges.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
