Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer

Location: Waluj, Aurangabad

Position Type: Full-time, Onsite

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (May vary depending on site conditions)

Taklikar Constructions (Taklikar Enterprises) is a leading construction firm specializing in industrial, residential, and commercial projects. We are currently undertaking a factory construction project in Waluj, Aurangabad, and are seeking a dedicated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team.

As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities at the factory construction project site in Waluj, Aurangabad. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and is completed within the specified timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Assist in the coordination of construction activities, including material procurement, equipment deployment, and workforce management.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project specifications are met.

- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and correspondence.

- Assist in the evaluation of construction methods and materials to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to review project status and address any concerns or issues.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and laborers as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Previous experience in construction or civil engineering preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Willingness to work onsite and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
