Job Description

A Site Engineer is responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities at the project site. The role ensures that work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and BOQ Coordinate with contractors, laborers, architects, and consultants Monitor material usage and ensure quality control Maintain site records, measurements, and progress reports Ensure safety regulations and site discipline are followed Resolve technical and site-related issues Assist in project planning and scheduling Report daily progress to the Project Manager

Requirements & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read and understand drawings Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word) Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to work at construction sites

Experience:

2-5 years (can be adjusted as required)

Salary:

?20,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
