Civil Contracting Firm specialized in Public Works Projects

, seeking a

dedicated and professional Site Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be task-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and possess strong leadership qualities with the ability to independently handle site operations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. Plan upcoming tasks, prepare strategies, and arrange required resources to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and workforce to achieve project objectives. Handle daily site challenges with effective solutions. Carry out basic Quantity Surveying tasks. Ensure quality standards in workmanship and materials. Manage all project-related documentation and departmental correspondence. Prepare and submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR), including updates on progress, materials, labour, and measurements. Act as a liaison with local communities around project sites

Requirements:

Prior experience in

Bridge Works / Department Projects

preferred. Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS). Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to effectively manage labour teams and site operations. Honest, responsible, and committed to completing assigned tasks. Flexibility to

relocate or travel

as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
