Job Description

:

Casadel Builders is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for a prestigious villa project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience in managing and executing villa projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within the set timelines, budget, and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications. Interpret construction drawings and specifications. Monitor progress and prepare detailed site reports. Coordinate with the project management team to track project milestones and deliverables. Manage resources, including materials, labor, and equipment efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and the internal project team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, specifically with villa or residential projects. Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
