R & R Builders is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Civil Site Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on site experience in civil construction projects, with a solid understanding of execution, site coordination, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and project stakeholders. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Check levels, layout, and material requirements on-site. Assist in managing site safety, material handling, and equipment usage. Communicate effectively with the project team and report issues or delays.

Requirements:

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in site execution or civil project management. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and civil construction practices. Strong understanding of site measurements, BOQ, and project timelines. Good communication and team coordination skills. Willing to travel or relocate to project sites if required.
