Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Site Engineer

with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely execution as per the project plan and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule and drawings. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Interpret and implement construction drawings, technical specifications, and design plans. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards on site. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets project standards. Prepare daily progress reports, documentation, and material usage logs. Assist in planning work schedules and coordinating with other departments (MEP, HVAC, etc.). Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in site execution of

commercial building projects

. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera is a plus). Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
